• Analyze and critique a range of literature using specific criteria (e.g., use of source material or medium, authenticity of time/place).
• Analyze the impact of the author’s choices regarding how to develop and relate elements of a story or drama (e.g., where a story is set, how the action is ordered, how the characters are introduced and developed).

• Finish Fahrenheit 451 for Monday, December 17th.
• Get Handmaid's Tale by December 17th! 

1. Revisit norms

• Focus and attention 
• Academic Honesty and the purpose of this writing notes. 
• Examples of strong Commonplace Notes. 
  • ​Include date of each entry, Title of the text and page number it came from. 
  • All writing is your own thoughts on the quotations you picked. 
  • Must include texts from the main readings for the time period that the notes cover.
